Participants will explore how Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices intersect with mental health in the workplace. Through interactive sessions, they learn to implement strategies for creating a sustainable, supportive, and resilient work environment.

METHODOLOGY AND ASSESSMENT
Utilise a combination of interactive lectures, case studies, group discussions, workshops, and practical exercises to engage participants and deepen their understanding of integrating ESG principles for workplace well-being. Expert facilitators will guide participants through a structured learning process, fostering collaboration and application of theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios.
Assessment will include pre- and post-course surveys to gauge participants’ knowledge and attitudes, case study analyses to evaluate understanding and application of ESG principles, group presentations to assess communication and critical thinking skills, workshop participation to measure engagement and collaboration, and practical application projects to demonstrate implementation readiness. Feedback will be provided to support participants’ learning and development throughout the course.
