Our Comprehensive Holistic Wellness Programme offers a transformative journey for participants within corporate environments. Over three days, this expert-led course delves into eight primary initiatives, promoting alignment between physical health, mental well-being, and emotional fulfilment. Through a blend of immersive sessions, participants will cultivate “Body, Mind, and Spirit Synchronicity,” fostering a harmonious work environment conducive to personal and professional growth.

The participants will receive the necessary resources and expertise in the following areas:

Introduction to holistic wellness

  • Understanding holistic wellness.
  • Overview of the eight pillars of holistic wellness.
  • Importance of work-life balance.

Implementing wellness strategies

All the aforementioned training sessions will be conducted by experts who specialise in their respective fields.

Physical Wellness (Health Set)

This focuses on maintaining a healthy body through exercise, proper nutrition, and regular medical check-ups. It encourages employees to adopt healthy habits to prevent illness and promote overall well-being.

Emotional Wellness (Heart Set)

Emotional wellness emphasises understanding and managing one’s emotions effectively. It involves stress management techniques, fostering positive relationships, and promoting a supportive work environment where employees feel valued and heard.

Mental Wellness (Wellbeing) [Mind Set]

Mental wellness involves maintaining a healthy mind through activities such as mindfulness, meditation, and stress reduction techniques. It aims to enhance resilience, improve focus, and manage work-related challenges effectively.

Spiritual Wellbeing (Soulfulness)

Spiritual wellbeing focuses on finding meaning and purpose in life, both personally and professionally. It encourages practices such as reflection, gratitude, and connecting with one’s values to foster a sense of fulfilment and inner peace

Financial Wellness

Involves managing one’s finances effectively. This can include financial education, budgeting workshops, and resources for saving and investing, aiming to reduce financial stress and promote financial security among employees.

Social Wellness

Social wellness emphasises building and maintaining positive relationships with others. It involves fostering a sense of belonging, supporting diversity and inclusion, and promoting teamwork and collaboration

Environmental Wellness

Environmental wellness focuses on creating a healthy and sustainable work environment. This includes promoting eco-friendly practices, reducing carbon footprints, and ensuring a safe and comfortable workspace for employees.

Occupational Wellness

Occupational wellness relates to finding satisfaction and fulfilment in one’s work. It involves setting career goals, maintaining a healthy work-life balance, and developing skills to thrive in the workplace.

METHODOLOGY AND ASSESSMENT

Utilises a blended learning approach, combining lectures, interactive workshops, experiential exercises, guest speakers, self-assessment, and practical application to deliver comprehensive learning experiences.

Participants will be evaluated through pre- and post-programme surveys, skills assessments, engagement levels, wellness action plan development, and programme evaluations to gauge their understanding, application, and satisfaction with the programme.
